What we process and why

• Reservations and accommodation — name, contact details, dates of stay, requests (performance of a contract). Bookings run through the Mevris reservation system.
• Legal obligations — the guest register, reporting duties for foreign guests, accounting records.
• Communication — handling enquiries by e-mail or phone (legitimate interest).
• Website analytics — only with your consent given via the cookie banner (Google Analytics). See Cookies.

Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary: reservation data for the stay and the subsequent limitation period; data required by law for the statutory period (typically 6 years for the guest register, 10 years for accounting).

Recipients

The Mevris reservation system provider, our web host, our accountant and — with your consent — Google (analytics). We do not transfer data outside the EU except for Google tools under standard contractual clauses.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent — write to info@hotelkramer.cz. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
